The company has CSR as a priority and has helped raise funds through events to support a number of causes. It has been recognized as the HIGHEST CONTRIBUTOR to the CHIEF MINISTER'S FLOOD RELIEF in 2002 and the highest contributor to the Kargil Relief Fund. Locally it has been recognized as the leading from the front organization that helped the public in repairing the damage caused by the Hudhud hurricane that devastated Visakhapatnam in October, 2014.

The team is spearheaded by a dynamic duo, Dr. Meenakshi Anantram and Mr. Rahul Krishna Ganapati. Dr. Meenakshi, the Chief Executive of the firm is a celebrated Scientist, a Limca Book Awardee, a National Anchor and an Amazon Bestselling Author. She is also a co-committee member of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) for the Taj Group of Hotels for India. Under her direction, Razzmatazz became one of the first ever registered Event Management firms in India in the year 1994.

Mr. Rahul Ganapati is the Managing Partner of Razzmatazz who is a successful, vivacious and dynamic person, who brings to the table, fresh ideas of the new generation. He has graduated from EMDI and leads the firm with his innovative ideas and management skills. He has also expanded the firm to add a new wing, Razzle Weddings, which is a sister company and handles all wedding events.
